Under the direction of the Head of the Division of Health Economics at the DKFZ, the health economist will be acting as a key liaison with the Division growing network of clinician scientists and policy makers on a project-by-project basis. Responsibilities include management and execution of health economic evaluation projects, including scoping materials, protocols, analysis plans, data collection forms, analyses, presentations, reports, and publications; conducting rigorous internal review of assumptions, parameters, functions, and operations to ensure model robustness. The role will include the design, specification, and conduct of state-of-the-art cost effectiveness analyses (CEAs). The health economist will also lead, on a project-by-project basis, the development and specification of budget impact models. Start date: as soon as possible.
