Funded Doctoral Position in Economics of Global Mental Health Created at 7/4/23, 9:59 PM

We are looking for a health economist with proven expertise in economic evaluation to join the team in Health Economics and Financing at Heidelberg Institute of Global Health (HIGH). The selected candidate will work within the framework of an EU-funded project which aims to develop, evaluate and disseminate strategies for the implementation and scaling-up of cost-effective mental health promotion and prevention strategies for different vulnerable populations across nine European countries. The appointment is for three years at TVL 13 60%, starting as soon as possible, and with the possibility to extend the contract beyond the initial three years. A probation period of six months applies to all public sector employees. The position is open to applicants from all countries. The position is based in Heidelberg (relocation is encouraged), with visits to the other participating countries. Starting date is asap.
