Greeting of the Conference President
The 15th dggö Annual Conference will be hosted by the Institute of Health Economics (IHE) and the Center for Health Economics Research (CHERH) in Hannover and will take place in the prestigious main building of Leibniz University on March 13 to 14, 2023. The core conference theme is “Quality of Health Care in a Heterogeneous Society”. Two plenary lectures, given by Marcella Alsan, Harvard University, and Luigi Siciliani, University of York, will help to shed light on patterns of health service utilization and differences in the quality of health services in the context of heterogeneity in society.
We welcome the submission of your research in the areas of health economics, health policy, health systems, and health services research.

We observe transformations in the society that will challenge and shape our future healthcare system. Our goal is to get the challenges and opportunities of diversity with respect to high quality of health care into the focus of policymakers and the healthcare industry.",,
