Module 1

The Winter School in Clinical Epidemiology will be held 17-21 February 2020. This course covers the key elements and methods of clinical epidemiology and combines theoretical concepts with practical applications using real world case examples. Module 3

Modeling Approaches for HTA:

A Practical Hands-On Workshop provides an overview on five different modeling techniques applied in Public Health with an emphasis on reals world case examples from different acute and chronic diseases. The next course takes place 5-7 February 2020. Causal Inference for Assessing Effectiveness in Real World Data and Clinical Trials: A Practical Hands-on Workshop

Module 4

The Causal Inference Workshop will take place 16-20 March 2020. The course covers the key concepts and methodological approaches to causal inference in observational and experimental studies with a specific focus on adjustment for treatment switching in clinical trials. The course combines lectures, discussions, case study exercises, hands-on computer lab sessions and practical applications using real world case examples.
