CINCH Academy - August 28 - September 3, 2017
CINCH Academy is a PhD summer program for research in Health Economics. It consists of lecture sessions and presentations, where participants present their own work. The first half of the course provides an overview on inequality in health, while the second part is dedicated to health econometric methods such as instrumental variables or dynamic panel data models.
Lectures will be given by Owen O’Donnell (Erasmus University Rotterdam) and Frank Windmeijer (University of Bristol). The program consists of around 30 hours of lectures and 10 hours of paper presentations. These presentations will be chaired by Maksym Obrizan (Kyiv School of Economics). They provide the opportunity for participants to receive constructive feedback on their own work.
